Gian is a joiner by trade, and started the Oliveti Group in 1995. Gian is a passionate, hands on MD, and is actively involved in every area of the business.
Director of Operations
Working closely with the teams at Oliveti, Gareth ensures we are maintaining our standard which helps the company to grow and improve. Originally starting at the company over 20 years ago as a bricklayer, he now ensures all departments and aspects of the company run smoothly.
Senior Contracts Manager
After starting at Oliveti as a joiner in 2005, Wayne now manages large projects and sites. He does this whilst overseeing junior contract managers and works closely with the commercial team to ensure that supply chain members are monitored and appraised.
Project Scheduling Manager
Ben joined Oliveti in November 2015 with background in site management. His job now involves estimating, general surveys and quantity surveying.
Julian has been with Oliveti since 2013. He is the head of sales and marketing for the cubicles, washrooms, IPS solutions and oversees the manufacture of the bespoke furniture and other items within the Oliveti joinery workshop.
Graeme joined the organisation in October 2018 and is tasked with producing and evolving management information to enable strategic decision-making. Graeme is responsible for the Finance department, while helping to manage and improve the business systems to enable Oliveti to become better informed in financial and non-financial matters.
Priyanka our HR advisor works with the directors to ensure the company is following correct procedures. She contributes to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices within the organisation and helps us all have fun by arranging staff team building days, Christmas parties and charity events.
